	<title>Home Safety</title>
	<description>
There are hidden dangers everywhere, even in the home. In fact, your home could be the safest place you know, or the most dangerous. There are so many dangers lurking around the home if you're not careful and don't know what to look out for. In every room there is something that can potentially harm you or your loved one; in the kitchen, bathroom, even in the backyard. Follow these home safety tips and live a safer life. With each home safety, not only would you have peace of mind, but your home will actually feel safer and more comfortable.

Home Safety Tips For the Average Household
Kitchen Safety -- When it comes to home safety tips in the kitchen, sometimes the obvious needs to be stated. For instance, it's common sense that you should not leave a child unattended in the kitchen, but hundreds of kids sustain serious injuries from kitchen appliances each year. Children do not belong in the kitchen, especially alone. The key to safety is common sense.

Bathroom Safety -- The bathroom, another highly hazardous place in the home. The bathroom is filled with sharp objects (razors, razor blades, etc.) and poisons (rubbing alcohol, nail polish, aerosol sprays, etc.). It is important to monitor your child without them feeling violated when it comes to being in the bathroom. For safety's sake, do not leave children under a certain age alone. They can poison, cut or even drown in a matter of minutes.

These home safety tips are just the beginning. There are a lot of things you can do to keep you and your loved ones safe around the home. When it comes to home safety, don't leave anything to chance. The more prepared you are, and the more common sense you use, the better and safer you will feel.
